Meaningful solutions begin with understanding

A geode appears ordinary from the outside, but its internal structure is what makes it valuable. We apply that same principle: before recommending a path, structuring an investment or choosing a technology, we uncover what the operating environment actually requires.

Geode Solutions provides advisory, consulting and product development services to government and enterprise clients internationally. Established in 2013 and based in Brisbane, Australia, Geode works with organisations across global markets. We work with executive sponsors, program leaders and delivery teams to turn strategic intent into adopted change and dependable software.

James Wetherall

James is the Founder and CEO of Geode Solutions, where he leads both the business and its advisory work with clients. With extensive global experience in leadership roles across vertical market software and public and private sector transformation, he combines executive oversight with direct engagement on strategy, investment planning, and complex program delivery.
